Flooring Vehicles with AFC Financing

Floor plan financing, often referred to as “flooring,” is a flexible financing solution designed for dealers. It allows you to purchase vehicles and place them on your lot without paying the full cost up front. As you sell each vehicle, the balance is repaid, helping you keep inventory moving while preserving working capital.

The limit will depend on your financing availability.

Financing limits are determined after you register with AFCdealer.com. IAA does not determine this limit.

1. Visit your ‘My Auction Center’ dashboard.
2. Click on the ‘Vehicles To Be Paid’ button.
3. Select vehicles/invoices to be financed by applying a check mark.
4. A running total will display as you select and deselect vehicles.
5. Click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and verify.
6. Link your AFC Financing dealer username/password.
7. Select your preferred financing option.
8. If financing is successful, you’ll receive a Bill of Sale(s) and Gate Pass(s).
9. Bill of Sale and Gate Pass will be located in your vehicle history.
10. Titling will be held during the finance period and mailed to the buyer once financing is complete.

Financing amounts are visible under ‘To Be Paid’ in your IAA dashboard.

Yes, you can still finance directly at any branch across the country.
